Terms and Conditions of the 65x6 — Platform Rules

Use of the platform 65x6 is contingent on full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, making a deposit, or playing any game available on the platform, the user confirms they have read this document in full and agree to all of its provisions.

If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, they should refrain from using the services of 65x6. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account on the 65x6, the user must meet all of the requirements below:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form, including full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion measure on any gaming or betting platform.
• Not be an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of anyone involved in the operation of the 65x6.

Each individual may hold only one single active account on 65x6, linked to your CPF. Creating duplicate accounts — regardless of different email addresses or login credentials — violates these terms and may result in the immediate blocking of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. The 65x6 uses automated systems and manual review to identify duplicate accounts.

The 65x6 reserves the right to request supporting documents (national ID, driver's license, proof of address, or proof of bank account ownership) at any time, particularly before releasing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary withdrawal hold.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure on the 65x6 — login and password. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and releases the 65x6 from any liability for transactions carried out from the user's account.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately contact the support team of the 65x6 via live chat or by email at contato@65x6.best. The 65x6 may preventively block an account for investigation without prior notice when there are signs of unauthorized access.

Account use is strictly personal and non-transferable. The following are prohibited:

• Assign, sell, rent, or transfer the account to a third party.
• Use the account to process payments on behalf of third parties.
• Keeping an account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions — accounts inactive for this period may be closed after email notification.

The 65x6 accepts deposits exclusively through the Brazilian payment methods listed below. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$):

• Pix — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Inter, and any Pix-enabled financial institution. Credited in up to 60 seconds.
• Boleto bancário — Processed within up to 3 business days after payment.
• Credit and debit card — Accepted card networks: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. No card data is stored on the 65x6.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Processed immediately after confirmation in your digital wallet.
• TED Transfer — Available for amounts above R$ 500.00. Same-day confirmation if submitted before 5 PM on a business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for all methods. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, but transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional identity confirmation in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9.613/1998).

Deposits made by third parties (accounts held under a name different from the 65x6 account holder 65x6) are not accepted and will be returned to the sender after verification. The return timeframe is up to 5 business days.

Withdrawals from 65x6 are processed exclusively via Pix to bank accounts held in the name of the platform account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Processing times by account level:

• Bronze, Silver, and Gold: within 15 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Platinum: within 10 minutes of the request.
• Diamond: within 5 minutes of the request, with top priority in the queue.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. There is no set maximum daily withdrawal limit, but requests above R$ 50,000.00 may require additional identity verification, with a processing time of up to 48 hours.

Before requesting their first withdrawal, users must have made at least one qualifying deposit and wagered an amount equivalent to the original deposit at least once. Withdrawal requests made exclusively with bonus balance before the rollover requirement has been met will be denied until the promotion conditions are fulfilled.

The 65x6 offers a welcome bonus, weekly promotions, cashback, and other special offers. Each promotion has its own specific rollover requirements, expiration date, minimum odds, and eligible games — all available on each promotion's page before activation.

General rules applicable to all bonuses at the 65x6:

• Bonus balance is kept separate from your real balance. To convert it into withdrawable funds, the rollover must be completed within the specified deadline.
• Sports Betting wagers placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal format) generally do not count toward bonus rollover. Please check the specific terms of each offer.
• The welcome bonus is exclusive to each CPF's first qualifying deposit. Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have their bonuses cancelled and balances withheld.
• The 65x6 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected, including placing bets on all sides of the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (arbitrage).
• Unused or unfulfilled bonuses that expire within the deadline are automatically cancelled with no conversion to real balance.

Systematically placing low-risk bets (such as wagering on odds very close to 1.00 solely to clear rollover requirements) is considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account restrictions.

The 65x6 offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and Sul-Americana), UFC, volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), e-sports, and dozens of other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed.

General Sports Betting terms at the 65x6:

• Once confirmed by the system, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except where Cash Out is available for that specific selection.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, single bets are refunded to the real balance. For combo bets, the cancelled selection is treated as a winner with odds of 1.00.
• In the event of a manifest odds error (a clearly incorrect odd — for example, odds of 100.00 on an overwhelming favorite), the 65x6 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at an incorrect odd and return the amounts to the user's balance.
• Live betting is available for major events and markets. Odds change in real time throughout the match. The 65x6 may temporarily suspend live markets during significant in-game incidents (goals, penalties, red cards).
• The minimum bet per selection is R$ 1.00. The maximum bet varies by sport, event, and market, and is displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.

The games catalog of the 65x6 includes slots with progressive jackpots, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Zeppelin, Crash Rocket), live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and casino game shows. All games are provided by licensed suppliers and audited by independent testing bodies.

All slots and crash game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is shown in the game interface and in the platform's information materials. RTP represents an average return percentage calculated over millions of rounds — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in individual sessions.

The 65x6 is not responsible for internet connection failures that cause game session interruptions. If a disconnection occurs during a round, the outcome recorded by the server at the time of the interruption will stand. If the round had not yet been completed by the server, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's balance.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 65x6 the following activities, subject to immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering: Using the platform to convert funds of illicit origin into an apparently legitimate balance. The 65x6 monitors suspicious transactions and reports them to the relevant authorities in accordance with Law No. 9.613/1998.
• Payment fraud: Use of third-party credit cards or bank accounts without authorization, or fraudulent chargebacks after credits have been received in the account.
• Results manipulation: Any attempt to influence the outcome of Sports Betting or casino games through unauthorized means, including collusion with other players or with participants in sporting events.
• Use of bots and unauthorized automation: Use of software, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, collect odds, or interact with the platform in any way without express authorization from 65x6.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, betting on all sides of an event to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome, or any other practice that constitutes promotion abuse.
• Use of a VPN to circumvent restrictions: Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy to bypass geographic or usage restrictions.

The 65x6 actively cooperates with Brazilian authorities in investigations into illicit activities identified on the platform.

The 65x6 handles users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used solely for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals via Pix, boleto, and other available payment methods.
• Account-related communications (transaction confirmations, security alerts, terms updates).
• Sending promotions and offers — which can be turned off at any time in your account communication settings.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting to the relevant authorities when required by law.

• Deposit limit: Users can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in BRL from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Bet amount alert: Automatic notification when the total amount wagered in a session reaches the limit set by the user.
• Account break: Users can pause their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. While paused, deposits and bets are not permitted. The pause takes effect immediately.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Request for permanent account closure, with blocking of any new registration using the same CPF. Remaining balances are returned to the user after identity verification.

The platform is restricted to users aged 18 and over. The 65x6 performs age verification at registration and may request supporting documents at any time. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately and deposited funds are returned.

Users may request account closure at any time through the support channel of the 65x6. The real-money balance available in the account will be returned via Pix to the registered account held in the account holder's name, following identity verification, within up to 5 business days.

The 65x6 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Use of unauthorized automated systems.
• Filing a fraudulent chargeback with the financial institution.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any balance arising from the irregular activity may be retained by 65x6 for the purpose of recovering damages and fulfilling legal obligations. Unused deposit balances unrelated to the irregular activity will be refunded after review.

The 65x6 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users at least 7 days in advance via their registered email and a notice on the platform.

Changes required by legal or regulatory obligations may take effect immediately, regardless of the standard notice period. In such cases, the 65x6 will notify users as soon as possible.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the one published at 65x6.best/terms-conditions. Users who continue using the platform after the effective date of the updated terms are considered to have accepted them. Previous versions of the terms are available upon request to support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the user's place of domicile is hereby designated as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement, pursuant to Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
